These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the myWAPA personal assistant service (“Service”) provided by GW Marketing Limited trading as myWAPA, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

myWAPA is an AI-powered personal assistant that operates through WhatsApp. You may send messages to request tasks such as bookings, reminders, research, and general administrative help.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service. Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Authorisation for tasks

We will not spend your money, make purchases on your behalf, or message third parties without your explicit approval. When we present an action for approval, you must reply clearly (for example, “yes”) before we proceed.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and materials provided by myWAPA are owned by GW Marketing Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you send to the Service, and you grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Fees and payments

The Service may be offered with a free trial period. After any trial, usage-based or subscription charges may apply as described at the time of sign-up. You can cancel or downgrade at any time by messaging your personal assistant.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GW Marketing Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or KYD $100 if no payment was made.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any important information before acting on it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
